What You’ll Do
  • Manage enrolment to meet sales and retention goals.
  • Build a supportive team culture that is positive and enjoyable.
  • Lead staff onboarding, training, and mentorship to build a capable and motivated team.
  • Develop plans to retain and grow qualified talent.
  • Build trust with parents, address and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Maintain strong communication between parents and coaches.
  • Monitor and uphold students’ academic performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement in teaching quality and curriculum delivery.
  • Plan and run school events to strengthen parent and coach engagement.
  • Develop growth strategies and track school performance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the leadership team.
What We’re Looking For?
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years in a leadership role within early childhood education.
