Job summary
A leading tech solutions firm in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for generating new business opportunities in the APAC region through outbound calls and digital outreach. Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is essential to communicate effectively with clients. The position is a short-term contract that offers a hybrid working environment near Ampang Park LRT, and is renewable based on performance.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Mandarin and/or Cantonese to engage effectively with clients.
- Open to local candidates in Kuala Lumpur.
- Ability to conduct high-volume outreach to corporate accounts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to target corporate accounts in the APAC region.
- Identify customer needs for Cloud solutions.
- Document customer interests accurately for handover.
Skills
Lead Generation Specialist serves as the first point of contact for creating new business opportunities within corporate account (Cloud solutions) list across the APAC region. This role focuses on outbound prospecting and digital engagement to identify, qualify, and spark interest in Cloud solutions, contributing directly to the sales pipeline.
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound calls and email engagement to targeted Google corporate accounts to generate interest in Cloud solutions consumption.
- Basic Qualification: Identify customer needs and potential use cases for Cloud solutions (e.g., AI/ML, Data Analytics, Infrastructure) through initial conversations.
- Lead Handover: Accurately document identified customer use cases and interest levels, ensuring a clear and complete handover to PCM/TSS for further qualification and follow-up.

Language Requirement: English + Mandarin / English + Cantonese / Mandarin + Cantonese. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin/Cantonese to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking clients.
Hybrid working environment (near Ampang Park LRT)
Short-term contract (1–2 months), renewable based on performance and business needs
