Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Data Collection: Follow the supervisor’s guidelines to effectively coordinate and execute data collection activities across various platforms and sources.
  • Ensure Accuracy: Be meticulous in filling out all required data collection forms, ensuring data is captured accurately and completely.
  • Conduct Field Research: Carry out research and gather data from diverse locations within the Klang Valley, including some travel to on-site locations as required.
  • Provide Operational Feedback: Offer constructive feedback to improve existing data collection processes and operational guidelines.
  • Confidentiality and Data Integrity: Strictly adhere to Grab’s data confidentiality procedures and policies to ensure data is handled securely and professionally.
Requirements
  • Driven and Results-Focused: Demonstrated ability to meet objectives and work independently to achieve high-quality outcomes.
  • Meticulous and Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed with precision.
  • Proficient in English: Comfortable in both spoken and written English for clear communication.

  • Weekend Availability: Flexibility to work at least half a day on weekends, with overtime pay provided for such hours.
