Programmer role is to define, develop, test, analyze and maintain new or existing software applications in support of the achievement of business requirements. This includes writing, coding, testing and analyzing software programs and applications. Programmer also do research, design, document, and modify software specifications throughout the production cycle.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze project/products requirements.

To build reusable code and libraries for future use.

To adapt a MVC (Model, View, Controller) concept in all projects.

To design and build of all front-end components (presentation, templating, client-side behavior, integration to data services etc.) and backend (database design, server-side logic, RESTful services).

Learn new technologies and be able to apply to projects as applicable.

To adapt and drive Test/Behavior Driven Development, Agile Software Development, W3C standards, accessibility and usability.

Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.

To provide time and resource estimates to assist in the planning of projects.

To test the application by doing unit testing, functional testing and application testing ensuring the functional and technical compatibility of the product with the requirements.

To produce and document detailed technical specifications.

Perform debugging tasks and support the Functional Engineer/System Support in resolving system-related issues.

Professional certifications such as PHP, Python, Java, C# and other related are preferred.

Having programming concept in data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.

Experience with cloud services such AWS, Microsoft Azure and others is a plus.

Experience in using web-based frameworks such as CodeIgniter, Spring, and others is a plus.

Moderate understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills is a must.

Can work independently with minimal supervision and function well in a team.

Fresh graduates or individuals with minimum 1–2 years of experience.
