As a PCS/PCE manager, you are responsible for process control & system development, implementation and maintenance as well the enhancement activities to achieve robust and best in class process control from end-to-end manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
Manage Site's Process Control Systems and Enhancement
- Monitor, review and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the business process and protocols
- Ensure compliance to standards & protocols
- Drive continual and systematic improvement and advocate of quality mindset and quality improvement projects (e.g. Quality good catch, 12D, CoQ, IoQ & etc.).
Communicate with global internal customers and external customers
- Consult with department leadership on process control standards and initiatives (eg. SPC, FDC, R2R, Cleanroom, ESD & MAM)
- Promote awareness of process control and enhancement direction and status through global updates
- Contribute to the promotion and awareness of customer requirements
Provide technical leadership and support
- Maintain knowledge of Process Control standards, methods, and tools.
- Provide support to internal functions on the application, maintenance, and improvement of quality systems and department-specific processes
- Deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement, and control
Manage and develop the team
- Establish goals and conduct performance appraisals; coach and provide career development to QMS team
- Identify strengths and create specific development plans
Provide recognition and drive accountability
- Promote teamwork and resolve conflict

Requirement & Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent with minimum 5 years working experiences in Semiconductor industry in the areas of Process Control.
- Knowledgeable in IATF16949 and ISO9001 requirements. Familiar with AIAG 5 core tools; especially in SPC - preferable to be experienced in statistical control
- Proven ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teams to understand needs and translate them into actionable plans, deliverables, and resource requirements
- Excellent organizational and management skills and outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills
