Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement a comprehensive communication and branding plan to engage internal and external stakeholders for the Flash Backend Operations (FBE)
• Support to manage and enhance the FBE organization's brand image and reputation through creative messaging and effective campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels, including digital, print, and social media
• Support the management of the multimedia communications for the FBE organization
• Manage and maintain the webpage by developing new and relevant content
• Develop and deploy key business analytics to measure effectiveness of communications
• Support in the engagement strategy & activities to ensure FBE employees stay engaged in creating a Great Place to Work (GPTW)
• Support organizational transformation initiatives
• Manage headcount request approval
  
  

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• 1-2 years working experience in the related fields but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Business Administration, or related fields
  
  

Preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Experience in leading communications & branding strategy would be an added advantage
• Have passion in event management
• Knowledge in data analytics is an added advantage
