Job Description

CultivarAsia is a corporate services firm offering human resources outsourcing services. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Administrator to support our growing business. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our agency by creating talent maps, identifying business opportunities, and providing essential administrative support to our regional sales team.

This position is based in our KL office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Mapping: Utilize various research methods and tools to create talent maps for different industries and sectors.
  • Business Development: Identify and research potential business opportunities, including new clients, industries, and markets.
  • Administrative Support: Provide efficient back-end administrative support to the sales team, including but not limited to data entry, document preparation, and managing communication with clients.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update client databases with accurate and relevant information.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, talent mapping progress, and business development initiatives.
Soft Requirements
  • Preferably Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Proven experience in sales administration, business development, or a similar role.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently.
  • Knowledge of recruitment industry practices and trends is a plus.
Additional Information
  • Works at KL Sentral office
  • Basic salary + Quarterly Incentive Bonus
  • Mondays to Fridays 9am to 6.30pm
  • Weekly training will be provided
