Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive B2B customer acquisition, retention, increase conversion, and revenue growth.
Manage all online and offline advertising campaigns including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, business development, and analytics to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns include ads, sales tools, SEM, and SEO.
Manage and optimize Search (CPC) and Display (CPM) campaigns.
Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize campaign performance, Cost per Acquisition (CPA) and maximize ROI.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.
Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance, KPIs, and key metrics.
Allocate budgets and analyse and recommend modifications to ad spends.
Manage creative and digital agencies and create campaign activation.
Leverage on Salesforce to track and analyze the performance marketing campaigns, monitor key metrics like lead generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
Proven experience in performance marketing with a focus on digital advertising.
Strong understanding of martech, digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
Must be proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads certification) are a plus.
Proficient in customer sales management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce, SAP, HubSpot is an added advantage.
To be efficient at work with high level of attention to detail, able to organize and time manage, meet deadlines, and ad hoc request
Experience in managing budgets and resources.
A self-starter and independent innovator, able to maximize use of resources on hand and think out of the box. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively to resolve challenges.
