In your new role you will:

• Support production on daily issues investigation and improvement in order to achieve Operation performance.
• Sustain and achieve quality stability to achieve zero spill, FAR target.
• Documents update and refine to ensure no expired documents.
• To support engineering sample run, GCM projects.
• To support development projects.
• To support FRT ( 8D, focus team, task force).

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor degree in engineering.
• Knowledge in die attach process, especially solder and glue.
• Knowledge in process engineering.
• Possed strong statistical skill and SPC knowledge.
• Possed strong problem solving skill.
