A local company in Johor Bahru is seeking an administrative professional with proficiency in Malay, English, and Mandarin. Responsibilities include preparing reports, managing supplies, and general administrative tasks. This position requires a diploma or higher and more than 1 year of clerical experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. A cheerful personality and good communication skills are essential.

Salary: RM3,000
Responsibilities:
1. Attendance statistics and report preparation
2. Submission and archiving of review forms; daily non-conformance statistics
3. Collecting, preparing, and following up on materials for quality meetings
4. Preparing and replacing materials for the visual display boards
5. Monthly statistics for quality department performance indicators and employee performance assessments
6. Application, collection, and distribution of office and work supplies (e.g., office items, uniforms)
7. General administrative tasks such as printing, copying, submitting for approval, mailing, and scanning reports from various supervisors
8. Organizing departmental team activities and assisting the manager with clerical tasks
9. Other tasks assigned by leadership
