Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage daily e-commerce activities across website, marketplaces, and digital platforms in line with company goals.
Collaborate on digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, ads, EDMs), optimize online funnels, and improve user engagement and conversion rates.
Use tools like Google Analytics to track KPIs, analyze performance, and generate insights for business decisions and improvements.
Ensure accurate product listings with appealing content and visuals across all e-commerce platforms.
Oversee online customer service touch points, ensuring timely responses and implementing improvements based on feedback.
Manage e-commerce projects and liaise with third-party vendors to deliver updates, campaigns, and tech integrations effectively.
