What you'll be doing?

Customer Relationship Excellence: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, proactively addressing their needs and ensuring exceptional satisfaction levels.

Business Development: Identify strategic opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell additional services including comprehensive end‑to‑end logistics solutions.

Advanced Data Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and data analysis using statistical techniques to derive actionable insights for marketing and sales strategies.

Strategic Insights Generation: Identify market trends, patterns, and key insights that directly contribute to informed business decisions and competitive advantage.

Data Visualization & Reporting: Utilize advanced tools including Power BI, PowerPoint, and Excel to create compelling visualizations and reports for management review.

New Business Acquisition: Develop new customer relationships while effectively managing and growing existing customer portfolios.

Quotation Management: Provide competitive quotations for current and prospective customers while actively pursuing new business opportunities.

Cross‑Departmental Collaboration: Work seamlessly with relevant departments to ensure prompt fulfillment of customer requirements and service excellence.

Sales Administration: Ensure timely completion of Customer Service Orders (CSO) and facilitate trade endorsement processes.
