Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in managing clients, preparing quotations, and following up on business opportunities.
  • Draft commercial proposals and liaise with global agents and clients.
  • Coordinate with Pricing and Procurement teams to offer competitive, tailored solutions.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, rate sheets, and agreements.
  • Follow up on leads and help convert them into sales.
  • Analyze market trends and generate strategic insights.
  • Assist with document handling and performance reporting.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer service in freight forwarding/logistics.
  • Familiar with ocean, air, and land freight pricing.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • High attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and advanced Excel.
  • High proficiency in English. Mandarin is added advantage
  • Organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.
