Job summary

A leading customer service provider is seeking a Marathi-speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team in Penang, Malaysia. This role involves handling customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone, ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree and proficiency in Marathi and English, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Prior customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Must be based in, or willing to relocate to, Penang, Malaysia.
  • Prior experience in customer service, call center, or BPO is preferred.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer queries in Marathi and English via phone, chat, and email.
  • Assist customers with product or service-related questions, complaints, and technical issues.
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Document customer interactions and update relevant systems.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Meet performance targets and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
