About the role

Kufong Therapy Centre Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Shop Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail store in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, ensuring efficient and profitable operations, and providing exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the overall operations of the retail store, including staff supervision, inventory control, and financial management
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive store performance and maximise revenue
• Ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with the regional and head office teams to implement corporate policies and initiatives
• Analyse store performance data and provide regular reports to senior management
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of store associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the consumer products industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to provide a memorable shopping experience
• Proficient in inventory management, financial reporting, and data analysis
