What's the role?
You drive strategic marketing communication topics at Hilti, particularly leading engagement marketing and marketing automation, in collaboration with colleagues across the Asia-Pacific region, market organizations, and global teams. Additionally, you serve as the strategic project lead for expanding marketing communication activities to include demand generation in the region.
What does the role involve?
- Implementing engagement marketing flows in the Asia-Pacific Region in coordination with nine different markets and the global marketing team.
- Managing selected engagement marketing campaigns, including omni-channel customer experience, engagement, and digital messaging.
- Advancing change management and strategic engagement, especially orchestrating demand generation activities across digital and physical channels.
- Supporting physical sales channels in attracting highly qualified digital leads.
- Collaborating with designers, product marketing, sales, company representatives, and industry experts on project management.
- Measuring the effectiveness of engagement marketing activities using tools like Power BI, SFDC, Google Marketing Platform, Adobe Marketing Cloud, and Search Engine Matrix.
- Contributing to marketing effectiveness by identifying short- and long-term issues.
- Managing internal stakeholders with a proactive, strategic, and convincing approach.
What you need is:
- A Master’s degree in digital marketing, e-business, business, or finance with top-quartile results.
- At least 7 years of experience in digital agency or corporate digital marketing roles.
- Leadership experience is a plus.
- Expertise in digital marketing, automation, campaigns, and digital tools like GA.
- Proven skills in digital and web analytics, data tracking tools (e.g., Google Marketing Platform, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Facebook Attribution).
- A strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach.
- Strong facilitation and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are appreciated.
- Experience working in multicultural and diverse environments.
- Evidence of acting as a strategic business partner influencing key stakeholders across a matrix organization.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of structuring clear presentations and simplifying financial messages for non-digital stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen with a visionary yet hands-on approach.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and customer orientation.
