The Project & Authority Liaison Officer supports infrastructure and building projects by acting as the main communication link between the company, government authorities, utility providers, consultants, customers, and internal teams. The role ensures smooth project approvals, regulatory compliance, effective communication, good public relations, quality customer service, and provides direct support to the Director.

Act as a key communication and liaison point between the company, authorities, clients, consultants, and external stakeholders;

Represent the company professionally in all dealings, meetings, site visits, and correspondence to maintain a positive corporate image;

Handle enquiries, follow-ups, and communications in a polite, confident, and customer-focused manner;

Support public relations and stakeholder communication related to project approvals, inspections, and handover stages;

Provide direct coordination and administrative support to the Director on project and authority-related matters;

Prepare reports, correspondence, presentation materials, and updates for management and external parties;

Manage and follow up on submissions to obtain approvals for project plans, permits, licenses, and statutory requirements;

Coordinate meetings, discussions, and site inspections with authorities, consultants, and contractors;

Arrange inspections and obtain supporting documents required for the Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC);

Maintain proper records of approvals, correspondence, and project documentation.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communication, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields;
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in construction, infrastructure, building, or project-related environments;
  • Good understanding of civil, building, and infrastructure project processes, including authority coordination and site-related activities;
  • Professional, well-presented, and confident with strong communication, public relations, and customer service skills;
  • Proficient in MS Office with good documentation and coordination abilities.
