Job description

Assist in implementing company strategic plans, formulate HR and administrative plans based on business targets, and execute HR and administrative support functions.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resource Management

  • Develop HR systems and procedures (recruitment, performance, compensation, training).
  • Create staffing plans and optimize resource use.
  • Coordinate recruitment and hiring plans.
  • Set up performance management systems and indicators.
  • Develop compensation policies and benefits plans.
  • Execute annual training plans.

Administrative Management

  • Coordinate departmental work and handle daily affairs.
  • Draft/revise company policies.
  • Organize meetings and follow up on resolutions.
  • Enforce policies, manage rewards and disciplinary actions.
  • Liaise with government authorities for legal/policy support.
  • Handle government approvals and submissions.

Logistics Management

  • Organize office setup, cleaning, and maintenance.
  • Manage overall company logistics.

Qualifications
