We are looking for a proactive, creative and detail-oriented Brand & Marketing Executive to support our Marketing Team in executing ĀMANÏ’s brand and marketing strategies. You will play a vital role in bringing our wellness vision to life through day-to-day campaign execution, content development, digital planning and community engagement — helping us reach high performers, wellness seekers, and global visionaries across digital and offline touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Content Planning & Creation
- Assist in planning and developing monthly content calendars across all established and emerging key platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
- Proactively create day-to-day content at ĀMANÏ — capturing visuals, writing copy, and supporting the team in real-time storytelling.
- Draft and schedule content that aligns with ĀMANÏ’s brand voice and strategic pillars — including protocols, services, seasonal campaigns, and lifestyle education.
- Support in the development of marketing materials such as newsletters, blog posts, website updates, and in-house communications.
- Help maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and content formats.
Campaign & Marketing Execution
- Assist in the conceptualisation, planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, digital, WhatsApp, print).
- Manage timelines, marketing documents, content calendars, and campaign trackers to ensure on-time delivery of all assets.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors for smooth execution of campaign deliverables and partnership initiatives.
- Support in reporting on campaign performance, KPIs, and marketing effectiveness.
Digital & Community Coordination
- Monitor basic analytics and compile insights for weekly or monthly marketing reviews.
- Support community engagement by managing platform interactions (DMs, comments, WhatsApp) in a timely and brand-consistent manner.
- Conduct light competitor research and monitor wellness industry trends to support content relevance and strategy updates.
Event & Experience Marketing
- Support the coordination and promotion of ĀMANÏ signature events (e.g. System Reset, retreats, corporate previews, and brand experiences).
- Liaise with vendors, speakers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics and execution.
- Assist with content capture and post-event follow-ups, including reporting and communications.
Brand Comms
- Develop and manage brand-aligned communication materials displayed within the club facility, including posters, digital screens, tent cards, brochures, and other client-facing collaterals.
- Ensure all on-site communications clearly convey key messages, promote offerings, and enhance the overall client experience.
- Collaborate with the design team to maintain consistency in tone, visual identity, and brand positioning across all materials used within the physical space.
