Jr Assistant PA to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
The successful candidate will work closely with the PA to assist in managing the CEO’s daily activities, meetings, communications, travel, and expense claims, ensuring the CEO’s time and priorities are handled efficiently. This role reports to the Head of CEO Office and offers valuable exposure to senior-level coordination and business operations.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, while candidates with prior experience in executive or administrative support roles will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel schedules.
- Prepare and handle correspondence, emails, meeting materials, and documents.
- Assist in meeting coordination, including scheduling, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking follow‑up actions.
- Liaise professionally with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Organise travel logistics, including flight bookings, accommodation, and itinerary planning.
- Prepare, verify, and submit expense claims and reimbursements on behalf of the CEO.
- Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive and high‑level information.
- Support the Head of CEO Office in executive coordination and administrative matters.
- Assist in event planning, company functions, and official visits when required.
- Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
- Prior experience in executive or administrative support will be an advantage.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency is an advantage).
- Strong organisation, time management, and communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal maturity.
- Willing to travel locally and occasionally overseas when required.
- Able to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Able to work efficiently in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
