- Handle incoming tickets via phone, live chat, and ticket.
- Troubleshoot basic issues related to CVM, COS, VPC, CLB, etc.

- Act as the first point of contact for technical support on Tencent Cloud products
- Handle incoming tickets via phone, live chat, and ticket
- Troubleshoot basic issues related to CVM, COS, VPC, CLB, etc.
- Escalate unresolved cases to second-line teams
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and timely response
- Document cases and contribute to internal knowledge base
