QA Senior Technician
Your Tasks
You will be responsible for assisting the QA Engineer or Assistant Engineer in performing quality inspections and tests to ensure quality products are delivered to customers within their agreed specifications. You will ensure all major defective parts, customer complaints, and corrective actions are disposed of according to the SOP. You are to coordinate NCR disposition and carry out contingency plans promptly. You will coach and train Junior Technicians and Inspectors. You will acquire the operating knowledge and skills to operate the CMM Zeiss machine. You will liaise with suppliers to ensure quality conforms to the customer’s requirements and ISO Quality standards.
Your Profile
You are experienced in planning, coordinating, and executing processes of quality control, inspections, and CMM measurement and programming. You possess at least a professional certificate, diploma, or advanced diploma or degree in QA management, or have a minimum of 3 years prior experience in CMM programming, performing quality inspection and test activities, calibration skills, supervising, and communication skills. Exposure to the CNC Precision Engineering industry is preferred. You are a team player with special skills in analysis, reading technical drawings, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge in jigs & fixture fabrication, GD&T, and surface treatment methods is an added advantage.
