Overview

Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree in Computer Science & Technology or equivalent.
  • Must have CGPA 3.2 and above
  • Have 0-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Has basic understanding and knowledge of Web Development using Basic Java/ HTML, CSS, Angular, Java and Database
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to work well in a team
Key Responsibilities
  • Support business users to analyse pain points, perform root cause analysis and resolve issues effectively within SLA and with good quality
  • Manage support incidents or requests, including documentation and update of IT support ticketing system on timely and accurate manner
  • Able to work with stakeholders to gather new business requirements for project delivery or system enhancements
  • Analyse requirements and propose solution to address business needs, including development of functional specifications
  • Able to configure system, perform unit testing and UAT
  • Able to perform data migration planning and execution tasks
  • Prepare and deliver end user training to support right utilisation of system
  • Our IT Department consists of - IT Infrastructure Services, End User Computing Support, Cyber Security Management, Planning & Governance & Project Delivery & Support.
