Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in water treatment or specialty chemical industry.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Working knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine service support to Sales Representatives.
• Assist with plant surveys of prospective customers.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders.
• Provide technical support, identifying and resolving customer pain points.
• Engage in system analysis to ensure optimal customer operations.
