Job summary
A technology services company in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a software engineer to develop and maintain customer data products. Responsibilities include responding to bugs, analyzing feedback, and investigating technical issues. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, has over a year of software development experience, and is proficient in languages like C#, Java, or Python. Qualifications
- 1+ years of software design and development experience; 3+ years' experience is a big plus.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably C#.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers.

The team is responsible for the development and maintenance of data platforms and related tools, as well as investigating root causes and troubleshooting issues.
- Response to the product bugs fixing with the specific requirements.
- Triage and analyze customer feedback, search existing issues and route to correct area path.
- Response and follow up customer concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Perform investigation and troubleshooting to solve the bugs or problems.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on the completed work tasks.
- Work closely with internal teams to perform ad-hoc tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 1+ years of software design and development experience, more than 3+ years’ experiences related is a big plus
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as C#, Java, or Python, with a preference for C# development skills and experiences.
- Familiarity with SQL Server databases and strong SQL programming skills.
- Fluent in English.
- As the role involves close collaboration with teams in China, proficiency in Chinese is a strong plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot and understand technical issues reported by customers.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
