Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Programming experience in C++, Java, Angular JS.
• APIs or server-side integration coding experience with C/C++.
• Good troubleshooting and debugging skills with Java, XML, and C.
• Experience with MS SQL is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical discussions with PLM solution consultant.
• Troubleshoot, identify root causes, and debug application errors.
• Perform application code design and changes for new requirements.
• Meet with stakeholders to discuss expectations and success criteria.
• Learn customer AS-IS environment for application upgrades.
• Install, implement, and troubleshoot PLM systems.
• Provide training and technical documentation as required.
• Ensure customer satisfaction to promote retention.
