The team is responsible for the development and maintenance of data platforms and related tools, as well as investigating root causes and troubleshooting issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Response to the product bugs fixing with the specific requirements.
• Triage and analyze customer feedback, search existing issues and route to correct area path.
• Response and follow up customer concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Perform investigation and troubleshooting to solve the bugs or problems.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on the completed work tasks.
• Work closely with internal teams to perform ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 1+ years of software design and development experience, more than 3+ years’ experiences related is a big plus
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as C#, Java, or Python, with a preference for C# development skills and experiences.
• Familiarity with SQL Server databases and strong SQL programming skills.
• Fluent in English.
• As the role involves close collaboration with teams in China, proficiency in Chinese is a strong plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot and understand technical issues reported by customers.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
