Qualifications

• Strong understanding of network infrastructure (Firewall, VLAN, Switch, AP).

• Manage and maintain network infrastructure related to firewalls and switches.
• Administer Active Directory and ensure effective backup schedules.
• Provide IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.

Job description

1. Network Infrastructure Management

Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including:

• Firewalls
• VLAN configuration
• Managed switches
• Wireless Access Points (AP)

Monitor network performance, availability, and security.

Troubleshoot network, connectivity, and hardware-related issues.

2. Server & System Administration

Administer and maintain:

• Active Directory (AD) Server
• Virtual Machine (VM) servers (e.g. Hyper‑V / VMware)
• Veeam Backup & Recovery

Ensure proper backup schedules, data integrity, and disaster recovery readiness.

Perform system patching, updates, and performance monitoring.

3. Cybersecurity & User Awareness

Implement and maintain basic cybersecurity controls and best practices.

Conduct cybersecurity awareness training for users (e.g. phishing, password security, data protection).

Assist in incident response, investigation, and reporting of IT security issues.

4. IT Support & Operations

Provide Level 1 & Level 2 IT support for users:

• Hardware, software, network, and system-related issues
• Support office IT systems, printers, and meeting room AV equipment

Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.

5. IT Preventive Maintenance

Servers

Maintain maintenance records and follow IT SOPs.

Proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities.

6. Microsoft 365 Administration

• Email (Exchange Online)
• SharePoint
• User accounts and permissions
• Support collaboration tools and access control management
• Assist users with MS365-related issues and best practices

7. CCTV & Physical Security Systems

Manage and support CCTV systems, including:

• Monitoring
• Maintenance
• Basic troubleshooting

Coordinate with vendors for repairs and upgrades if required.

8. ISO & Documentation Support

Maintain IT-related ISO documents, including:

• Procedures
• Work Instructions (WI)
• Records and logs

Ensure IT processes comply with ISO requirements (document control, access control, backup, security).

Support internal and external audits related to IT scope.

Job Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

Experience

Minimum 2–4 years of relevant IT infrastructure and support experience.

Experience in manufacturing or ISO-certified environments is an advantage.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of:
