A leading technology provider in Cyberjaya is seeking a Site Safety Supervisor. The role involves ensuring safety compliance, conducting inspections, and implementing safety policies. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety laws and a certification in Site Safety Supervision. This position offers benefits including EPF/SOCSO, annual leave, and medical insurance.

- Must possess Site Safety Supervisor certificate (Yellow Book).
Responsabilités
- Monitor daily site activities for safety compliance.
- Conduct site inspections and risk assessments.
- Support safety policies implementation.
- Conduct Toolbox Meetings and daily briefings.
Connaissances
Formation
- Monitor and supervise daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and site-specific safety plans.
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification.
- Support the SHO/SSS in implementing safety policies, SOPs, and emergency procedures.
- Conduct Toolbox Meetings, Safety Inductions, and daily safety briefings.
- Ensure workers use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Report unsafe acts or conditions, near-miss incidents, and assist in investigations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety documentation, including checklists, inspection reports, and training records.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure their compliance with safety procedures.
- Assist during audits by DOSH, CIDB, or internal safety teams.
- Good knowledge of all laws that govern for Occupational Health, Safety and Environment for Data Centre related building management and maintenance, including building safety, emergency evacuation and environmental protection.
- Bachelor of Science degree (preferred but not necessary) â preferably in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science or EHS related discipline.
- Must be certificate in Site Safety Supervisor (SSS), with Yellow Book.
