A staffing and outsourcing company based in Malaysia is seeking a Business Development Manager. The role involves developing strategic sales and marketing plans, managing product portfolios, and leading distributor management. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing, along with strong communication skills. Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth in Vietnam and Cambodia.
Manage and grow multi-tier, multi-segment product portfolios across diverse consumer groups.
Lead distributor management including business planning, sales execution, and campaign activation.
Analyze sell-out performance to uncover gaps, opportunities, and category growth potential.
Create and localize regional marketing campaigns for impactful market execution.
Oversee the end-to-end supply chain tracking process, ensuring timely issue escalation and resolution.
Lead the demand planning process with distributors, including sell-out analysis, sell-in forecasting, and shipment planning.
Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Logistics) to support market expansion.
Build a strong communication culture and empower partners with product and market knowledge.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
Proven track record in market expansion, distributor management, and commercial strategy.
Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
Proactive, assertive, and able to work independently.
Strong strategic thinking with excellent execution capability.
