Job summary
A major financial institution in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Officer for Bank Operations to manage the voucher processes across multiple branches. Responsibilities include daily receipt recording, overseeing approvals for requests and archival, monthly archival tasks, and sending reminders for delayed voucher retrievals. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient operations within the business management hub. This position offers an opportunity to play a key role in the operational workflow.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple branches, including daily voucher receipt and recording.
- Oversee checker and approval processes for requests and archival.
- Handle collection and sending of checker boxes by vendor.
- Ensure monthly archival of vouchers from branches.
- Send reminders to branches for delayed voucher retrievals.
- Manage X number of branches – Receive/record of vouchers : Daily
- Checker & approval: Request/courier and Archival of vouchers : Daily
- Checker boxes send & collect by vendor : Daily
- Archival vouchers branches / checker other archival boxes :Monthly
- Send reminders to branches - delay return retrieval voucher : Monthly
