A financial services company in Malaysia is seeking a Loans Executive to assist Singapore-based customers throughout their loan journey. This role focuses on client advisory, managing sales processes, and nurturing client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales skills and excellent communication in English. At Motorist Technology, we help customers make better decisions in car ownership and financing. As our Singapore business grows, we are looking for a Loans Executive to support Singapore-based customers through their loan journey from initial discussion to deal completion.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, client advisory, and managing end-to-end cases in a structured, performance-driven environment.
As a Loans Executive, you will engage with Singapore-based customers and guide them in selecting suitable loan solutions based on their needs.
Your work directly impacts:
Customer experience in financing decisions
Successful loan conversions and deal closures
Strong client relationships and trust
This is more than sales. It is about advisory, service, and results.
Handle customer enquiries and provide suitable loan options
Understand client needs and present relevant offers professionally
Guide customers through the loan process from start to finish
Manage and follow through the entire sales process
Prepare and coordinate required documentation
Maintain proper records and generate weekly reports
Develop and maintain good relationships with prospective and existing clients
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth case handling
Strong proven track record in sales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
Customer-focused with good problem-solving ability
Independent, self-motivated, and target-driven
Able to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism
Understanding of Singapore COE system is a plus
Background in loan/financial products is an advantage (but not mandatory)
Basic salary + attractive commission structure
Travel allowance for work-related engagements

Standard working hours: Monday – Friday, 10am – 6pm
