Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Management Trainee to support Human Resources, Administration, Operations, and related functions. As a Management Trainee, you may collaborate with management and entrepreneurs to drive the company\'s strategy and oversee the execution of company projects. This is a crucial role in managing professional tasks for the Director and providing comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the company.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Director and relevant business parties to ensure information flow is smooth and effective to support decision making and strategy development.
  • Act as a primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence, phone calls, and emails with professionalism and discretion.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives or managers, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, documentation, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests, inquiries, and tasks to ensure timely and efficient completion.
  • Collaborate with other departments and team members to facilitate cross-functional communication and coordination of projects and initiatives to ensure performance.
  • Conduct research, gather information, and prepare briefing materials to support decision-making and project planning.
  • Assist in all ad-hoc assignments.
