Job description

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing.
• Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and filling.
• Daily monitoring of cash balances to ensure availability of sufficient cash flow for business operations.
• Fixed asset maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company7s policies and procedures.
• Manage audit and work closely with external auditors to ensure timely statutory compliance.
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/part-qualified professional/Degree In Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 5 year of working experience in the areas of Finance and Accounting.
• Must have excellent written and spoken skills in English.
• Committed, analytical, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill, meticulous, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A team player with high degree of honesty and integrity.
