Learn to oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments.
Support the Area Manager and Store Manager in driving store performance to meet sales and profitability targets.
Assist in maintaining high store standards, ensuring readiness, cleanliness and compliance at all times.
Participate in handling customer queries and complaints professionally, performing effective service recovery when necessary.
