Position Objective

This is a contract role for a Compliance Executive (AML/CFT). The Compliance Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to regulatory compliance in the areas of the AML/CFT.

Main Responsibilities

• To ensure effective monitoring and review of customer’s profile, as well as the quality closure of monitoring alerts
• Conduct transaction monitoring reviews based on alerts generated by transaction monitoring system
• Conduct screening on vendors and customers as requested by business user
• Help out in clearing the customer screening alerts generated in Lexis Nexis
• Report potential or suspicious activity to superior
• To take up any other compliance tasks as assigned by Head of Financial Crime Compliance
• (subject to the level of capacity)

Job Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimally 1-2 years of experience in financial industry
