PgP5 Plant is Bosch Group’s newest expansion in Malaysia, a semiconductor test site in Batu Kawan Penang. Construction began in May 2021, with production starting in 2023. The plant focuses on final testing of semiconductors and sensors, primarily those manufactured at Bosch’s Dresden facility. It will also include R&D and training facilities.

Job Description
- Administer and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring candidates, and offer management.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to source candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication and partnership with hiring managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, including HR briefings and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Handle related administrative tasks such as payments, benefits, and organizational structuring.
- Build relationships with local universities for branding, talent pipeline creation, and positioning PgP5 as an employer of choice.
- Track and report recruitment metrics to evaluate strategy effectiveness.
- Ensure HR policy and compliance adherence, including internship management.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and organizational performance.
- Serve as 6S Representatives and Data Security Partner (DSP).
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Generalist roles, preferably in manufacturing environments.
- Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
