Job summary
A dynamic organization in Negeri Sembilan is seeking a Human Resource and Administration Executive to manage HR activities including job postings, interview processes, and employee relations. This role demands experience in HR practices, familiarity with Malaysian labour laws, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate should have a degree or diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Administration and 2+ years of relevant experience. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential, while Mandarin knowledge is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resources or Administrative position.
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Manage job postings, resume screening, and candidate interviews.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and welfare issues.
- Prepare monthly payroll, EPF, SOCSO, and HRDF accurately.
