Job summary

A leading technology dealer in Malaysia is seeking a Partnership and Community Manager to drive strategic partnerships and enhance customer loyalty. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Marketing or Business Administration and at least 4 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management. Responsibilities include managing partnership agreements, developing user loyalty campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to boost brand awareness. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.

  • Partnership Collaboration
    • Research and identify potential partnerships that align with the company’s strategic goals and market positioning, to ensure a mutual benefit and value creation.
    • Negotiate and manage partnerships agreements to ensure the long‑term success and sustainability.
    • Develop and manage partnership budgets.
    • Forecast, measure, and report the performance of partnership initiatives, including co‑branded content promotions, event partnerships etc.
    • Facilitate effective communication between partners and internal teams to ensure seamless execution and address issues.
    • Collaborate with internal departments, such as sales and marketing team, to develop partnerships initiatives to drive brand awareness and business growth.
    • Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends.
  • Community Management
    • Oversee MYOPPO Apps user rights, maintaining long-term interactions with customers to boost user loyalty.
    • Develop and coordinate user loyalty campaigns (e.g., lucky draws, offline events, points‑based benefits) to increase customer retention and satisfaction.
    • Analyse and adjust the effectiveness of loyalty programs based on user feedback to continually enhance the user experience.
    • Collaborate with internal departments to create positive user experiences and enhance user reputation.
Job Requirements
  • Must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of working experience in Customer Relationship Management, or a relevant field, with a strong understanding of user loyalty programs, partnership management and event management.
  • Required language: English and Mandarin.
  • Demonstrate success in planning and executing both online and offline events.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills for relationship management and contract negotiations.
  • Strong project management skills to coordinate activities and meet project deadlines.
