We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand & Digital Marketing Executiveto strengthen Cascade Headway’s brand across LinkedIn, social media platforms, and other digital channels. The role requires managing digital campaigns, content creation, and design, while also focusing on lead generation aligned with the company's needs. The candidate will play a crucial role in building our online visibility, generating qualified leads, and supporting business development through digital strategies
Develop, execute, and monitor digital marketing strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
Create professional, engaging content (posts, blogs, graphics, and short videos) highlighting Cascade Headway’s services (Digital Transformation, Advisory, Auditing & Assurance, BPO, and Zoho Partner Solutions).
Manage the company’s LinkedIn page and employees’ digital presence to maximize visibility and inbound leads.
Design and implement targeted campaigns to generate qualified B2B leads as per company verticals and service offerings.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance; prepare periodic reports with actionable insights.
Work closely with the leadership team to align marketing activities with sales objectives.
Maintain brand guidelines across all creatives and ensure consistency of communication.
Coordinate with design/creative tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar) to produce professional digital collateral.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience (1–3 years) in digital marketing, social media management, and lead generation.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and B2B lead generation campaigns.
Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Zoho Social (or similar platforms).
Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Zoho CRM, for lead tracking and nurturing.
Strong analytical skills to measure KPIs and ROI of campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
