You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Utilize various sourcing methods such as job portals, social media, networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the job
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in the recruitment database
• Assist in the negotiation and offer process with candidates
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future job opportunities
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and sourcing

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment or sourcing, preferably in an agency setting
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
