Duties and Responsibilities

The role of Team Leader first priority is to listen to the promoter, understand their changing needs, aspirations and build the relationship around insights that enrich their daily job task and every single KPI achievement.

Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct on-field audits within the assigned region and provide necessary support to promoter.
  • Monitor and report promoter daily attendance (actual vs plan), including any EL/MC/AL updates.
  • Ensure promoters promote assigned products and recruit targeted shoppers/consumers in-store.
  • Ensure promoter actively engage with targeted shoppers and consistently promote the brand.
  • Ensure promoter deliver accurate and complete product detailing as per expectations.
  • Ensure wet sampling activities are performed hygienically and according to SOP.
  • Communicate and update promoter on product information and promotion mechanics (if any).
  • Ensure all data submitted by promoter is truthful, accurate, and updated in a timely manner.
  • Monitor, report, and follow up on product stock levels in-store (low stock or out-of-stock situations).
  • Coach promoter on product knowledge, selling techniques, and engagement skills during activations.
  • Build and maintain strong rapport with client sales representatives, merchandisers, and retailers.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, following the Team Leader’s field checklist and completing daily tasks.
  • Propose potential new outlets (for low-performing stores or newly opened locations).
  • Submit all required reports on time without delay.
  • Ensure the overall welfare and well‑being of PAs under your supervision.
Job Requirement
  • Candidates must possess at least SPM in business administration, operations management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 years of work experience in FMCG industry.
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in handling daily operational issues.
  • Problem Solving skills and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Able to lead by example, maintain good spirits and contribute team morale.
