The ideal candidate will possess a minimum tertiary education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include reviewing loan applications, performing KYC procedures, and mentoring junior employees. Qualifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Proactive and customer-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Minimum 40 WPM typing speed with high accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Assist to oversee daily business operations.
- Review and process loan applications.
- Perform thorough KYC with loan applicants.
- Attend to customer queries and complaints.
- Mentor and guide new/junior employees.
