Job summary
A manufacturing company in Penang is seeking dedicated individuals for a contract role requiring a commitment to operate and monitor production equipment. Candidates must be willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean work environment, loading materials to optimize production, and ensuring proper handling and documentation of processed materials. Basic monthly salary is RM 1,700 with daily allowances available. This is a contract position with potential for renewal.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by performing basic 6S housekeeping practices.
- Operate and monitor equipment to ensure smooth production.
- Continuously load input materials to minimize downtime.
- Transfer processed materials to the next stage of production.
- Adhere to staggered break schedules for team coverage.
Skills
Education
Maintain a clean and organized work environment by performing basic 6S housekeeping practices.
Operate and monitor equipment by performing all Level 1 operational tasks to ensure smooth production.
Continuously load input materials to keep equipment running efficiently and minimize downtime.
Transfer processed materials to the next stage of production while ensuring proper handling and documentation.
Work on a 12-hour rotating shift, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
Adhere to staggered break schedules and provide break-time coverage for team members to maintain workflow continuity.
Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining production efficiency.
Basic Salary: RM 1,700 per month
Daily Allowance: RM 20/Day
