Job description

We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering excellent HR services and support to join our HR team. As an Executive - Human Resources, you will play a key role in employee data management, payroll administration, and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

Collate information on employees’ movements and pay changes for system updates, ensuring an accurate employee database in the HR System.

Liaise with department heads/representatives for the timely and accurate submission of overtime and part-time claims.

Compile and validate payroll data in a timely manner for payroll processing.

Support and advise employees on payroll and statutory matters.

Provide guidance and support to expatriate employees regarding income tax matters.

Manage employee personal files and ensure proper record keeping.

Administer employee benefits programs and manage approvers’ access rights in the system.

Provide support and advice to employees on benefits matters.

Assist in updating HR policies when necessary.

Assist ininstitutional surveys, compliance audits, and reporting.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.

Proficiency in using MS Office, especially MS Excel.

Attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work within tight deadlines.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

A good team player with a high sense of responsibility and initiative.
