My Client is looking for a Programming Analyst (based in Penang), a hands-on software programmer who can design and develop digital solutions for multiple projects within electronics manufacturing industry; using advanced technologies (low-code, data platforms, automation, visualization, web apps) and influence global ME solutions.

Lead the technical implementation of digital manufacturing and connected-solution initiatives within the assigned division.
Develop customized digital tools and applications using a range of platforms, including low-code environments, data visualization systems, and web development frameworks.
Provide training, coaching, and technical support to key users and process owners on system architecture, data flows, hardware/software integration, and workflow design.
Collaborate with global solution teams to translate technical requirements, system architecture, algorithms, and configuration details into effective local deployment.
Work alongside process owners to identify opportunities to leverage data for process optimization and continuous improvement.
Act as the second-level escalation point for digital system issues beyond first-line troubleshooting.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance internally developed applications used within the department.
Carry out other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
5-10 years of relevant industry experience, including at least one year in leadership or project management.
Hands‑on experience with SMT (electronics) manufacturing equipment and processes.
Strong collaborator with the ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively across teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical problem‑solving skills.
Able to work independently, remain aligned with team goals, and demonstrate leadership by example
