As a Cloud Engineer at Social Multiway Sdn Bhd

you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure and services. This is a full-time position located in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Kuala Lumpur. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's cloud solutions are reliable, scalable, and secure.

What you'll be doing

• Architect, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure and services using platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Automate cloud provisioning, deployment, and management using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
• Develop and implement security best practices to protect cloud-based systems and data
• Continuously monitor and optimize cloud performance, cost, and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cloud solutions align with business requirements
• Provide technical guidance and support to developers, IT operations, and other stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies, best practices, and industry trends

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience as a Cloud Engineer or in a related cloud infrastructure role
• Proficient in one or more major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture patterns, networking, and security
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
• Familiarity with containerisation technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
