Job summary
A leading banking group is seeking individuals for a telemarketing role in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidates should be passionate about sales and able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Responsibilities include promoting credit card products, cross-selling, and meeting sales targets. This role provides an opportunity for fresh graduates and candidates with relevant experience in telemarketing or telesales, emphasizing teamwork and goal-oriented performance.
Qualifications
- Preferable candidates specializing in Telemarketing/Telesales from the Banking industry.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Goal-oriented and a strong team player.
Responsibilities
- Promote CIMB products to existing customers via telemarketing.
- Cross-sell based on customer needs.
- Assist Team Sales Manager or Senior Sales Manager on ad-hoc requests.
Skills
Education
- Promote CIMB Credit Card / Personal Loan / CashLite / Balance Conversion / Credit Limit Increase / Credit Protector or Life Insurance products to existing CIMB customers via telemarketing as per product assignment.
- Cross‑sell based on customer’s need.
- Meet sales target and ensure 100% compliance at all time.
- Provide professional advice and workable resolution to customer’s enquiries.
- Assist Team Sales Manager or Senior Sales Manager on any ad‑hoc requests.
- Preferable candidates specializing in Telemarketing / Telesales from the Banking industry.
- Recognized Degree or Diploma in any disciplines / SPM holders with relevant experience / fresh graduates with the right determination, passion and sales drive will be considered.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess the passion for sales and marketing.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Able to cope well under pressure.
- Goal‑oriented and a strong team player.
