Job Description

Record and update daily transactions in accounting software.

Prepare and maintain financial listings (Fixed Assets, Prepayments, Deposits, Accruals).

Verify and resolve discrepancies in balance sheet accounts (Cash & Bank, Prepayment, Accruals, Provision).

Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

Analyse operational and accounting data for trends and variations.

Prepare and review full sets of accounts.

Collaborate with other departments to support financial goals.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

1 - 3 years of working experience in account executive or similar role is preferred.

Familiarity with accounting system and tools such as SQL, AutoCount, Excel and so on.

Required language(s): English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Good time management and able to meet tight deadline.
