Job summary

A prominent F&B company in Malaysia is seeking a skilled finance professional with at least 3 years of experience in accounting. Responsibilities include managing financial transactions, ensuring timely book closures, and processing invoices. Candidates should have a Professional Certificate or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, with a preference for those experienced in F&B or retail. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, with knowledge of Oracle Netsuite being a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Finance/Accounting field.
• Experienced in handling full set of accounts.
• Preferably experienced working in the F&B or retail field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all expenses, revenues, accruals, and adjustments are recorded correctly.
• Make sure the books are closed on time every month.
• Handle transactions between the company and its subsidiaries/related entities.
• Confirm balances with other entities and resolve mismatches.
• Process or validate electronic invoices in the accounting system.
• Ensure invoices comply with local tax.
