Responsibilities

• Promote CIMB Credit Card / Personal Loan / CashLite / Balance Conversion / Credit Limit Increase / Credit Protector or Life Insurance products to existing CIMB customers via telemarketing as per product assignment.
• Cross‑sell based on customer’s need.
• Meet sales target and ensure 100% compliance at all time.
• Provide professional advice and workable resolution to customer’s enquiries.
• Assist Team Sales Manager or Senior Sales Manager on any ad‑hoc requests.

Requirements

• Preferable candidates specializing in Telemarketing / Telesales from the Banking industry.
• Recognized Degree or Diploma in any disciplines / SPM holders with relevant experience / fresh graduates with the right determination, passion and sales drive will be considered.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess the passion for sales and marketing.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Able to cope well under pressure.
• Goal‑oriented and a strong team player.
